Who we build for

Most software is designed for the people who already find technology easy. We do the opposite. We start with someone who's usually an afterthought — an opera newcomer hearing an aria for the first time, a low-tech small-business owner juggling appointments on paper, a non-English-first user asked to navigate an app in a language that isn't theirs — and we design until the hard thing feels effortless for them.

When you build for the person who struggles most, everyone else has an easier time too.

How we work

Fewer products, made properly. We would rather ship two apps we're proud of than ten we're not. Each product is designed, built, and supported here — not outsourced, not spun up and abandoned.

Multilingual from day one. Our apps speak English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese, and Korean out of the box, with more to come. Language shouldn't be the reason someone can't use a good tool.

Human, not "business software." We sweat the small things — the warmth of a confirmation, the calm of a home screen, the feeling that a real person made this for you. Software can feel kind. We think it should.
