Acceptance

By using Carina you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

Carina, a product of SoCal Decals, is a tool that lets independent professionals accept appointment bookings and lets customers book them. We provide the software; we do not provide the underlying services a pro offers, and we are not a party to, and not responsible for, the agreement between a pro and their customers.

Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app (and of the age of majority in your area to hold a paid subscription). You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app to harass, defraud, or harm others; to upload unlawful or abusive content; to spam; or to misuse the booking system. Pros are responsible for their own listings, availability, pricing, and for honoring or cancelling the appointments they accept. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions (pros)

Taking bookings as a pro may require a paid subscription after any free trial. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play, auto-renew until cancelled, and can be managed or cancelled in your store account. If a subscription lapses, your booking page is paused and your data is preserved — it is not deleted.

Content

You retain ownership of the content you provide (e.g., your profile, notes, photos). You grant us the limited right to host and display it as needed to operate the service. Uploaded photos may be automatically screened for unsafe content.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered. You use it at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed appointments, lost bookings, or disputes between pros and customers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms or to comply with the law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
